Contract Post-Construction Cleaners (10 Positions)
Job Description
Our client requires 6-10 individuals to complete post-construction cleaning on their site in Toronto, ON. We offer carpooling services from our office in St. Catharines.
Post-construction clean-up is a service provided to brand new buildings or buildings that are being remodelled. While building contractors will do a general clean-up of construction debris, a detailed clean is required to remove all the dust and dirt left behind.
Some job tasks will include:
– Cleaning light fiztures
– Cleaning restroom fixtures
– Spot cleaning walls
– Cleaning handrails, door handles, baseboards, etc.
– Spot cleaning interior glass
– Vacuuming and spot treating carpets
– Damp mopping hard-surface floors
Pay rate is $15.00 hourly for 8 hours daily.
Must be available for both week day and weekends, 3-5 days per week.
