We are looking for experienced cooks to join our team. We focus on house-made products and many smoked items, such as bacon, brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, etc. Duties include cooking, cleaning, inventory, prep, etc. In addition to your wage, 5% of food sales is tipped out to the kitchen.

Food Handlers and a personal vehicle are required as there is no public transportation.
