Full-Time Residential Cleaner (6 Positions)

Job Description

We are looking to hire 6 Residential Cleaners to work Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm.

Duties:

To provide specific services for clients in their own home.
Light housekeeping duties including- standard cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping floors, dusting, bathroom/kitchen areas cleaned, laundry and light food prep as required. All clients provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment.
To work in a safe manner and wear non-slip shoes, wear gloves when required. All standard PPE will be provided by CSSN.
To refrain from any heavy lifting or moving any type of furniture, heavy objects, refrigerators/stoves etc.
To be available for up to 24 hours of service per week.
To refrain from providing the following activities: personal care, lifting of client, dispensing of medications, providing advise of any type.
To follow emergency procedures.
To keep a record of worked hours and submit reports for payroll.
To maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

A minimum of two years residential cleaning experience required
Complete the screening process: application form, personal interview, police check including vulnerable sector clearance (through CSSN), provision of references, attend orientation and paid mandatory training
To be available for scheduled shifts (Clients are scheduled for monthly, bi-weekly, weekly service)
Willingness to travel in city you reside – St. Catharines & Thorold & Niagara Falls area
