ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES
We are offering full and part time opportunities with opportunities for advancement. Applicants will need evening and weekend availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Servers
- Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Recommend wines that compliment customers’ meals
- Serve food and beverages
- Present bill to customers and accept payment
Host/Bussers
- Serve food to tables
- Clear dishes and clean/prepare tables
- Assist restaurant staff as required
- Greet customers and seat them
Dishwashers
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans
- Place dishes in storage area
- Scour pots and pans, and may clean and polish silverware
REQUIREMENTS
- Servers must have current Smart Serve certification and a minimum of 2 years experience in a serving role
- Servers and Hosts must have good English communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Coachable and interested in learning
- Excel in team oriented environments and willing to help where needed
