Job Title: Retail Office Assistant

Location: Fonthill, ON
Type: Part-time/Full-time
Compensation: $17 – $24 / hour (depending on experience and performance)

PoolBusters, a leading provider of pool services in the Niagara Region, is currently seeking a Retail Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in office administration, specifically with QBO entry. Swimming pool industry knowledge is an asset but not necessary, will train.


• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and responding to emails
• Provide excellent customer service to clients visiting our retail store
• Assist with QBO entry and other bookkeeping tasks
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies for the store
• Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and email campaigns
• Other duties as assigned


• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in office administration or related field
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends
