Full-Time Sales Administrator (1 Position)
Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is looking for an organized and motivated sales administrator who would be responsible in assisting the sales team of a growing manufacturing company. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced/multi-tasking environment, while also being able to provide excellent customer service.
The individual selected has the benefit to work alongside a team of highly skilled sales, marketing and manufacturing individuals and grow with a thriving company.
Key Duties/Responsibilities Include:
- Answering telephones and customer inquiries
- Managing client company’s CRM System
- Assist sales team with bid/proposal preparation
- Managing customer files
- Assist sales team with preparation for client meetings (presentations, quotes, sales data queries)
- Build sales and data reports
- Coordinating trade shows
- Take meeting notes
Qualified? You have:
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Work experience in an administrative, sales, or customer focused role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Software knowledge (MS Suite and Access)
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Mathematical skills
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm OR 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Flexible hours

Salary: $20.00/hour
