Full-Time Sales & Claims Specialist
Job Description
Position Profile
Hours are typically Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm including a one-hour lunch break. Base salary is $65,000 per year, plus commission. Company vehicle provided.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Owner. Specific tasks include:
- Conducting inspections related to insurance claims or other purposes
- Generating and preparing reports
- Providing estimates for projects
- Performing necessary repairs on roofs, siding, windows, etc. for insurance claims
- Conducting on-site inspections during projects ensuring Contractor responsibilities are being met
- Transporting materials to and from job sites as needed
- Performing final inspections of completed projects and documenting them with photographs
- Keeping CRM software up to date for pricing and job management
- Recruiting and acquiring new installation crews
- Undertaking additional responsibilities as necessary
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in installation and repairs of roofing, siding, windows, doors, eavestroughs and soffits is required
- Knowledgeable regarding industry, services and products
- Superior interpersonal and sales skills – proven ability to excel in client management
- Technical skills to easily use mobile, computer, internet and software programs
- Detail oriented with strong numeracy skills
- Valid G drivers licence and clean drivers abstract
- Willingness to provide police clearance certificate upon offer of employment
