Part-Time Servers & Bartenders (4 Positions)
Job Description
We are seeking new team members who can provide our guests with an exciting and positive experience. Big Texas team members are outgoing, dedicated, friendly, and LOVE music! Our primary focus is to provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests.
Successful candidates are efficient and hardworking. They are able to multitask and work well in fast paced situations. They are able to work independently and work in a team environment. Individuals can follow direction and possess a professional and positive attitude.
Individuals must be Smart Serve certified.
Must be available afternoons, evenings, and weekends. (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)
Previous experience an asset but not required
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
-Take all drink and food orders and serve them to guests
-Light cleaning and prep work
-Engage with the customers and create a positive experience for them
-Complete regular open and closing duties in a timely manor
-Promote weekly specials and events
-Follow liquor laws and regulations
-Follow all policies and procedures put in place
