Full-Time Service Advisor (1 Position)
Job Description
Job Gym is currently assisting Pin Oak Automotive recruit a Service Advisor. This position is full time and available immediately. Shifts will be scheduled between Monday to Saturday, day shift. A fair compensation rate will be negotiated based on experience. Position is available immediately.
The primary duty of this position is to provide exceptional customer service while effectively providing administrative support to the owner.
Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Answer, in person or on the phone, enquiries from customers
- Explain the type and cost of services offered; provide information
- Promote products and services
- Handle complaints regarding products, services and policies
- Receive payments
- Process paperwork and update accounts
- Liaise with suppliers and order parts or other required inventory
Qualifications and attributes required for this position include:
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities; extremely friendly and outgoing
- Updated and efficient computer skills
- Valid driver licence, own vehicle and clean driving record
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Work ethic demonstrating honesty, reliability, punctuality and team work
- Physically fit to perform: standing, sitting, bending and lifting
- Knowledge of automobile repair/parts; experience in the automotive industry is a strongly preferred
