The Opportunity
We are looking for a Service Repair Technician to join our team! This position offers a full time schedule of Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and a competitive compensation package.
The primary purpose of this role is after sale customer care. Our Service Repair Technician will work with customers to correct product defects or installation issues. This involves providing a high level of customer service while also troubleshooting and repairing flooring issues.
The Requirements
- Fit to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting
- Friendly, helpful personality with a natural ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to diplomatically deescalate situations of conflict
- General construction knowledge; familiarity with tile, hardwood and vinyl flooring products and installations
- Valid driver’s licence and good driving record
- Possess appropriate safety shoes
- Working at Heights certification is an asset
