Job Description
Position: Service Technician (1 Position available starting early May 1st w/ paid part time training in April)
Description: Pool Busters, located in Fonthill, ON, is currently seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our team. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in the swimming pool industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various aspects of pool maintenance and repairs, including liner replacement, equipment installation, pool openings, and handling service calls. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repairs on swimming pools, including liner replacement and equipment installation
• Conduct pool openings and assist with service calls as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pool equipment and systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct at all times
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the swimming pool industry
• Proficiency in liner replacement, equipment installation, and pool openings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work full-time
• Must be able to start in late April/early May
Salary: $20-$27 per hour, with the potential for performance bonuses
