Full-Time Skilled Labourer (1 Position)
Job Description
A Skilled Labourer is self-motivated and results driven individual who will assist where necessary on each job site. The Skilled Labourer will provide a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. The Skilled Labourer will provide excellent customer service, and exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills.
Critical Success Factors:
- Brilliant at time management and interpersonal communication skills
- Set high standards for service, and working with our management team to ensure that our service model is being adhered to and executed properly.
- Strong aptitude for horticultural softscape design and implementation.
Overall expectations:
- Ensure proper level of quality is maintained.
- Detailed, on-going, timely communications.
- Execution of softscape projects (including garden installations, trees, ponds, grasses, shrubs and flower beds etc.), as per instruction from Supervisor.
- Ensure company policies are followed at all times.
- Ensure a positive and safe work environment.
- Further enhance company culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years experience in landscape industry.
- Qualified to operate a range of equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
- Able to excel in high pressure situations.
Working Conditions:
- Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold etc.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Job Type: Full Time
- Work hours 7:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m. with 30-minute unpaid lunch break and 2 – 15-minute paid breaks.
