The Talent Acquisition Support Specialist will support the management team, assisting in full-cycle recruitment plus development & follow-through of day-today human resource initiatives. It is a progressive position, with great opportunities for advancement in many areas, as we expand. We are looking to grow our team, and continue to build a positive, exciting, and forward-thinking group of professionals.

Education, Experience, Certifications:
· College Diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in Business Administration/HR General
· Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment, employee support, with a proven track record
· Good judgement and critical thinking skills
· Excellent written & communication skills
· Ability to work independently
· Able to work with a variety of applications, including Microsoft Programs
· Eagerness to learn, and contribute to a growing company
· Passion for supporting the vulnerable community around us
· Health care knowledge is an asset
· Vulnerable Sector Screening Required

Wage: $35,000-$40,000 Salary, Plus On-call Incentive
Vacation Entitlement: 2 Weeks
Personal Leave Days: 4
