Full-Time Technical Support Representative
Job Description
Position Duties
- Responding to incoming tech calls
- Learning in house engine monitor
- Support for Insight products
- Acting as the point of contact for all technical inquiries about hardware, product software, or other designated client products
- Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Reviewing, evaluating and proposing technological improvements
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
- Participating in on call duties during business hours
- Assuming any responsibilities as delegated by the Manager
- Working collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum a private pilot license (preferred)
Schedule Mon-Fri 9-5 – possible part time position
