The business protocol and call-handling procedures for each client is individually scripted and programmed.  At Central Communications, we have invested in state-of-the-art tele-communications technology designed specifically for the call centre industry.

Join Our Team!

We are currently recruiting full time and part time Telephone Agents.  We offer a 3 shift rotational schedule.  These positions start at $15 per hour, but increase to $16 upon successful completion of training.  Additionally, we offer bonus compensation for bilingual staff!

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in English with a clear speaking voice and good spelling
  • Good keyboarding skills and ability to learn new computer applications quickly
  • Ability to multi-task as employees are often speaking, while typing and searching the computer system simultaneously
  • Friendly personality skilled in remaining calm

 

The Role

  • Handle inbound calls to manage various types of inquiries and supports required by our clients
  • Dispatch on-call personnel
  • Client account maintenance
  • Some general administration tasks
