Warehouse Picker/Shipper
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a fantastic company in Niagara Falls. This is a permanent Warehouse Associate vacancy for an applicant with a current, valid, Forklift License and 1-2 years related experience. This opening is a temporary contract which may lead to full time permanent employment for the right candidate.
Duties Include:
- Sorting deliveries
- Generating pick slips
- Picking orders from inventory
- Assembling ordered components for packing
- Checking item references and quantities for accuracy
- Rectifying discrepancies
- Verifying pick slips with orders
- Securing shipping containers
- Picking and packing kits as specified by production order pick slips
- Data Entry
- Generating required documentation and shipping labels
- Accurate shipping and coordination with couriers/carriers
- Forklift operation
Qualified? You have:
- A valid Forklift License
- Highschool diploma or GED (at minimum)
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- 1-2 years related warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage workflow surges
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Experience using RF Scanners
- Experience with measurement and hand tools
Wage: $18.00-$18.50/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift – no weekends
