Full-Time Water Restoration Technician (1 Position)
Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Restoration Technician, IICRC S500 certified in WRT as a minimum requirement. This involves physical work, which would include but not be limited to carrying equipment and construction debris. You must be willing to work in dirty environments. There is evening and weekend work periodically.
Typical duties include, but are not limited to, emergency response to mitigate losses such as water, wind, fire/smoke damage and vehicle impacts.
Miller Restoration DKI is willing to provide training and industry specific certifications. Miller will pay for training and your hours to attend such courses. There is often an opportunity to work overtime. We have a dedicated staff and work environment that provides structure and advancement. We would like the opportunity to meet with you to see if you would be a good candidate for our team. Starting wage is negotiable and has the potential to grow as certifications and level of responsibility are obtained. If you have prior construction experience and or years of service, this will also have an impact on a starting wage.

- Must be willing to participate in on call rotation
- Possess a good working knowledge of the capability and limitations of all equipment used in water damaged environments
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds +
- Maintain company equipment
- Maintain company vehicles (includes inspections, maintenance and cleanliness)
- Possess a valid Class G Ontario Driver’s license with no restrictions
- Overtime available throughout the year
- Willing to submit personal information for a criminal background check
