Responsible for assisting customers with their water equipment needs by providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge and quality craftsmanship.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide knowledge on products and services to best fit the customer’s needs.
  • Customer care/service is of the utmost importance, positive attitude required.
  • Capable of physical lifting and moving heavy equipment.
  • Provide assistance with residential/commercial service installs of water filtration equipment.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on existing equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with installing, servicing and repairing water treatment equipment (pumps, pressure tanks, softeners, specialty ion exchange, filters, UV Systems, etc.)
  • Experience in plumbing using copper, PVC, PEX pipe and fittings.
  • Knowledge with plumbing codes and building codes an asset.
  • Licensed well technician with MOE an asset
  • Valid Class G drivers license
  • Available to work business operating hours
  • Bondable, able to provide a background check
