We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, spirited and team driven player with an eagerness to learn, for the upcoming season for our tasting rooms on the Beamsville Bench and Jordan Village. This position will be full time with varied shifts. This position requires individuals who have a solid understanding of the highest in service standards and consistently strive for excellence. Someone who enjoys working in a team environment as well as autonomously, and will roll their sleeves up to pitch in for whatever task is required. Responsibilities and requirements will include but are not limited to:

• greeting and assisting guests with efficient, prompt and friendly service
• taking guests through a structured wine tasting experience
• working in a fast paced tasting room with ease and composure
• continually expanding your wine knowledge and understanding of Cave Spring’s portfolio and history
• maintaining a clean, tidy and well-stocked tasting room
• be efficient and thorough on the POS system
• preparing small bites for guests
• physically able to lift 40 pound cases of wine consistently
• you take direction well and follow through enthusiastically
• you have a flexible schedule and are available to work all shifts/days

Ideal candidate:

• Tourism/hospitality experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for wine and food
• Excellent public relations skills
• Courteous, outgoing personality
