PM<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in Automotive\/Defence\/OEM production facility<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of Heat Treat and Heat Treat Equipment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination and information sharing<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving abilities to address production challenges promptly and efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated with the ability to inspire and train team members effectively<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Labour Relations and working within the framework of a Collective Agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead daily operations with a primary focus on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and production requirements<\/li>\n<li>Provide clear and professional leadership, offering constructive feedback and guidance to Production Associates<\/li>\n<li>Identify process improvement opportunities and support problem-solving initiatives within the manufacturing process<\/li>\n<li>Champion the implementation and adherence to 5S methodology to maintain a clean and organized workspace<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement best practices to enhance departmental activities and overall efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Enforce company policies and procedures, including necessary disciplinary actions when required<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of production for employees<\/li>\n<li>Ensure product quality through Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other problem-solving and corrective action methods<\/li>\n<li>Meet customer delivery requirements, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and adhere to budgetary guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Assist with maintenance in document control and purchasing requirements where required<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with the Collective Agreement, particularly in the areas of discipline, job posting, seniority, and overtime distribution<\/li>\n<li>Conduct monthly health and safety talks to reinforce a culture of safety awareness and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Oversee health and safety protocols, ensuring adherence to regulations, performing regular safety inspections, and addressing potential hazards promptly<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the recruitment process, including candidate evaluation and selection<\/li>\n<li>Fulfill any additional duties assigned by senior
