We have sales both online and in the store. We are looking for a flexible worker to work behind the scene, who can switch gears quickly moving from computer work to help picking and packing orders. You will be part of a team of 6 people and be able to accept instructions from your fellow workers.<br \/>\nHaving experience in music, the sound meditation field, or alternative healing would be an asset.<\/p>\n<h5>ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY<\/h5>\n<p>We are hiring an Office Assistant \/ Stock Helper. This position offers 28 &#8211; 35 hours per week. Wages will be negotiated, between $20 &#8211; $25 per hour.<\/p>\n<h5>TASKS<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Office Work<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the office manager in any duties she needs fulfilled<\/li>\n<li>Answer phone<\/li>\n<li>Print orders from Shopify platform<\/li>\n<li>Basic graphic editing in Canva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>REQUIREMENTS<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Computer Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shopify<\/li>\n<li>Amazon<\/li>\n<li>MS Word and Excel<\/li>\n<li>Final Cut or other video program would be an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Be physically fit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the packing room to fill orders<\/li>\n<li>Be able to lift 30 lbs<\/li>\n<li>Be able to and climb stairs many times to bring 5 lb boxes into the upstairs storage room<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sound Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Having some experience in the sound meditation field would be an asset<\/li>\n<li>Basic musical knowledge would be an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS<\/h5>\n<p>Please visit our website and select one instrument that you find intriguing.
