This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Optical experience an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Medical office experience an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Sales experience an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule appointments and manage calendars.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support by performing clerical tasks such as data entry and maintaining databases.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with customer support inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Operate office equipment such as phone systems, copiers, and computers effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Assist customers with trying on glasses and help initiate and follow through on
