manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or food\/agriculture is considered an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>High School or College Diploma.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Able to learn and follow processes quickly and effectively.<\/li>\n<li>High Performance-orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Not afraid to offer solutions to business challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum requirements, CVOR (is a must have).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Delivery Truck Driver:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a solid understanding of truck inspection and monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records for the vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure DEF levels are monitored and refuel the truck at the end of deliveries.<\/li>\n<li>Safety shoes are required for this position.<\/li>\n<li>Provide transportation to and from work.<\/li>\n<li>Be available for early morning shifts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Packaging Department:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Package lettuce and produce in an automated environment.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere strictly to all food safety standards.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high standards for quality assurance in all operational elements.<\/li>\n<li>Track inventory and production levels.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct daily duties with a focus on food safety.<\/li>\n<li>Follow all food safety and HACCP protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with seeding, transplanting, harvesting, and overall plant cultivation.<\/li>\n<li>Clean the facility according to Canada GAP standards.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a positive attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a strong work ethic.<\/li>\n<li>Be physically fit.<\/li>\n<li>Pay attention to
