As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, testing pool water, and offering treatment advice to ensure our customers maintain their pools effectively. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer care and eager to contribute to a positive shopping experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with pool-related inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Operate the POS system efficiently, processing transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Test pool water and recommend appropriate treatments.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain product knowledge to assist customers with pool maintenance and supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the retail area clean, organized, and stocked.<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with other team members to meet store goals and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in customer service is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with POS systems is required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work Saturdays and flexible shifts.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of pool water testing and treatments is a plus, but not mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the swimming pool industry is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>We are willing to train qualified candidates with experience in other fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive hourly wage based on experience with opportunity for increases.
