Our ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships, solving customer problems, and achieving sales targets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining existing relationships, and expanding our presence in the Niagara Region and surrounding areas. You will work independently, manage your own schedule, and actively engage with prospective clients in person, over the phone, and through other means.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and target new business opportunities within your designated territory.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrating the benefits of our services.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close sales deals.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the internal management team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position our offerings.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with basic office administration and miscellaneous tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing &amp; Sales, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum two (2) years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or a related role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license and reliable transportation.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM software and strong ability to navigate technology.<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer and technology skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We
