In partnership with the Niagara Assertive Outreach Team, they provide street-based outreach and case management services.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\"><strong data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"552\">Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Community College Diploma or a University Degree in social services or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">One-year experience working with people experiencing homelessness.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">One-year experience in community mental health and\/or addictions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">One-year experience working with dual diagnosis.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Valid G driver\u2019s license with reliable vehicle and 2-million-dollar liability insurance with permission to carry riders.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Valid CPR\/First Aid and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Availability for some evening shifts.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Knowledge of homelessness service systems and outreach community resources.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Ability to work independently and in a team setting.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Computer literacy in HIFIS, MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Outlook Calendar.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Understanding of person-centered approaches and cultural sensitivity.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Strong ethics and commitment to privacy.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Commitment to ongoing professional education.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Ability to monitor financial accountabilities.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Physically able to perform assigned tasks.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"1840\">Ability to work under minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\" data-start=\"1842\" data-end=\"1904\">Police Clearance and Vulnerable Sector Check Requirements:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>All successful candidates must provide a Police Clearance and Vulnerable Sector Check. strengths.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"3433\">Case planning, implementation, and review including relapse prevention and crisis resolution.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"3433\">Referrals to accommodation, housing, and health support services.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"3433\">Support for cultural and spiritual needs.<\/li>\n<li
