Kelly Jones, Desjardins Insurance Agent, is looking for a <strong>Licensed Sales &amp; Service Insurance Representative<\/strong> to join our growing team in Niagara Falls. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves sales, and enjoys connecting with clients to provide trusted insurance solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll play a key part in supporting and growing a busy insurance agency focused on home, auto, and life insurance. This includes developing leads, making sales, servicing existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service. It is a base salary plus uncapped commission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build relationships with clients and help them find the right insurance products for their needs<\/li>\n<li>Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on existing opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Close sales and meet\/exceed monthly goals<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles<\/li>\n<li>Handle general office administration and customer service tasks<\/li>\n<li>Support client policy changes and process documentation efficiently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role<\/li>\n<li>Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills \u2013 written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Goal-oriented and self-motivated<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with cold calling and sales outreach<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude and team mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OTL\/RIBO and LLQP license \u2013 or willingness to obtain<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work Monday to Friday
