Some flexibility to choose shift hours within the 7am-4pm timeframe. Minimum of 20 hours per week. Additional hours will be available to cover vacation and sick leave. Hours will always fall between Monday to Friday &#8211; no weekends! The position is available immediately and starts at $17.20 per hour. There are opportunities for advancement.<\/p>\n<p>The person in this position will be assigned to our client in Niagara Falls (near Morrison and Victoria).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties will include cleaning the common areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General cleaning of main lobby, washrooms, and elevators<\/li>\n<li>Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors<\/li>\n<li>Washing walls and windows<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning and sanitizing high touch points<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the garbage room and taking all garbage and recycling out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The person in this role does not clean the residents\u2019 individual units.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main requirements<\/strong>: Some experience in a similar position, positive attitude, reliable\/dependable, able to
