This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can manage tasks independently, and communicates well with tenants and tradespeople.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform general household repairs (e.g., fixing leaky taps, unclogging toilets, minor carpentry, basic electrical troubleshooting).<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with contractors and trades for larger or specialized maintenance tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with tenants in a friendly, respectful, and solution-focused manner.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the work order system and complete required documentation accurately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous property maintenance or trade experience.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management and organization skills.<\/li>\n<li>Vulnerable Sector
