\n\u2022 Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and basic repair skills.
\n\u2022 Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and upkeep of all areas.
\n\u2022 Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or floor scrubbers safely and effectively.
\n\u2022 Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards.
\n\u2022 Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment that supports the productivity and well-being of everyone within our facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
\n\u2022 Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces.
\n\u2022 Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures to uphold facility standards.
\n\u2022 Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, reporting repairs needed, and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
\n\u2022 Follow safety protocols during cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
\n\u2022 Restock supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, and other consumables as needed.
\n\u2022 Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are properly stored after use and maintained regularly for optimal performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
