First Aid and CPR Level C<\/li>\n<li>National Lifeguard certification<\/li>\n<li>Swim Instructor certification<\/li>\n<li>Must provide immunization records<\/li>\n<li>Experience working directly with children and\/or delivering children\u2019s programming<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license and access to personal vehicle<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of applicable legislation<\/li>\n<li>Certified Pool Operator designation (can obtain after hire)<\/li>\n<li>HIGH FIVE Principles of Healthy Child Development (can obtain after hire)<\/li>\n<li>Food Handler\u2019s certification (can obtain after hire)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure programs and services are delivered in accordance with Club program standards and meet standards of governing bodies<\/li>\n<li>Schedule programs, services and special events<\/li>\n<li>Ensure course curriculum and supplies are available on site for each program\/service delivered<\/li>\n<li>Maintain facilities, pool infrastructure and assets in accordance with Housekeeping<\/li>\n<li>Plans, Preventative Maintenance Plans and Club policies<\/li>\n<li>Ensure sanitization duties are scheduled and completed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the needs of participants with special requirements are met in accordance with policy<\/li>\n<li>Manage behaviour of participants, employees and others on site in accordance with policy<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all required documents are posted in accordance with Club policy, government legislation and third-party requirements<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing performance reports and adjusting programs to remain within budget<\/li>\n<li>Revenue, expenses, purchase orders, invoices are processed and monitored
