    Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    • Perform greenhouse cleaning and general maintenance<\/li>\n
    • Weed and care for crops<\/li>\n
    • Plant bulbs and seeds; pot and re-pot plants<\/li>\n
    • Mix and prepare soils<\/li>\n
    • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens<\/li>\n
    • Spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides<\/li>\n
    • Fertilize crops and assist with irrigation<\/li>\n
    • Plant, cultivate, and monitor crop growth<\/li>\n
    • Examine products for quality and readiness for market<\/li>\n
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications & Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

      • No previous experience required \u2014 training provided<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment<\/li>\n
      • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and extended periods of standing<\/li>\n
      • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel regularly<\/li>\n
      • Strong attention to detail<\/li>\n
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines<\/li>\n
      • Ability to distinguish between colours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
