We specialize in pool maintenance, service, and construction, with a strong focus on professionalism, efficiency, and customer experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a <strong>reliable and motivated Pool Maintenance Technician<\/strong>\u00a0to manage weekly pool service routes and assist with seasonal start-ups.<\/p>\n<p>This is an <strong>independent role<\/strong>\u2014you will be responsible for completing your assigned route efficiently and maintaining a high standard of work at each property.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform weekly pool maintenance:\n<ul>\n<li>Skimming, vacuuming, brushing<\/li>\n<li>Water testing and chemical balancing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Complete spring start-ups and follow-up cleanings<\/li>\n<li>Identify and report equipment or water issues<\/li>\n<li>Log job notes, photos, and completion details using company software<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clean and professional work practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>$19\/hour<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 No prior experience (training provided)<\/li>\n<li><strong>$20\u2013$24\/hour<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Based on industry experience<\/li>\n<li><strong>KM reimbursement provided<\/strong>\u00a0to cover use of personal vehicle (fuel, maintenance, insurance, depreciation)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Consistent full-time hours available during peak season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Full G driver\u2019s license (required)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Reliable personal vehicle required<\/strong>\u00a0(daily travel between job sites)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to <strong>work independently<\/strong>\u00a0and manage a service route<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Physically capable of working outdoors and handling equipment<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using mobile apps for job
