    Job Summary<\/h5>\n

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, with an emphasis on high standards of hygiene and sanitation.<\/p>\n

    Responsibilities<\/h5>\n
      \n
    • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct commercial cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and office spaces to ensure a sanitary environment.<\/li>\n
    • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly while adhering to recycling guidelines.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.<\/li>\n
    • Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.<\/li>\n
    • Light yard work such as watering flowers, shovelling etc<\/li>\n
    • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Qualifications<\/h5>\n
        \n
      • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.<\/li>\n
      • Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively and efficiently.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.<\/li>\n
      • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.<\/li>\n
      • Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.<\/li>\n
