BOOKKEEPER (PART-TIME)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beachcombers Seniors Centre is a 550+ member organization run by and for seniors to encourage community involvement and a dynamic\/healthy environment.<\/p>\n

We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper for a part-time contract position. This position will be approximately 40 hours\/month.\u00a0 We are looking for someone who can spend some time in our facility but may work remotely as well.\u00a0 Experience working with non-profit\/charitable organizations would be a definite asset.<\/p>\n

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Accounts Receivable<\/p>\n

Accounts Payable and Bill Payments<\/p>\n

Bank Reconciliation<\/p>\n

Budget Preparation<\/p>\n

Detailed general ledgers<\/p>\n

General bookkeeping services<\/p>\n

Manage membership process<\/p>\n

Organize and submit all documents required for charity and grant applications<\/p>\n

A vulnerable sector police check will be required.<\/p>\n
