Applicants must meet CSJ requirements including being age 18-30 and eligible to work in Canada.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hours of Work:<\/strong> 35 per week<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working with the Board of Directors, duties include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connecting with business owners to generate advertising sales and sponsors (must be willing to travel to businesses in person). This includes getting in-kind donations for prizes and fundraisers.<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting vendors for Days in the Park.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking and ensuring all vendors have paid, and have all required permits.<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting community groups and businesses for the Grande Parade.<\/li>\n<li>Hands on, feet on the ground at our fundraisers, being the right hand to the fundraiser team lead.<\/li>\n<li>Hands on at each festival event, connecting the event chair with whatever they need.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with city permits and licensing.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as
