Our platform reaches tens of thousands of listeners and readers each month through our website, radio stream, and digital channels.<\/p>\n<p>This role is focused on selling annual partnership packages that integrate brands directly into our news and broadcast platform through daily exposure, co-branding, and long-term alignment.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a self-directed, well-connected sales professional with existing relationships across Niagara and Southern Ontario, capable of opening doors and closing high-value deals without reliance on inbound leads.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with regional, corporate, and provincial decision-makers<\/li>\n<li>Sell and position Fort Erie Radio\u2019s annual sponsorship packages as strategic brand partnerships\u2014not transactional ad buys<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, marketing directors, and business owners<\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present partnership opportunities and negotiate agreements<\/li>\n<li>Develop tailored proposals that align client objectives with Fort Erie Radio\u2019s platform and audience<\/li>\n<li>Manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities and consistently move deals toward close<\/li>\n<li>Represent the brand professionally in the community and at meetings across Niagara and surrounding regions<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal team members to ensure successful onboarding and execution of sold partnerships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably involving high-value or long-cycle deals<\/li>\n<li>Existing relationships with decision-makers in Niagara and surrounding markets (this is critical)<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to prospect, open doors, and close business independently<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable selling annual commitments<\/li>\n<li>Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule effectively<\/li>\n<li>Professional presence and ability to represent a media brand in the market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Structure:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Earn 30% commission on all sponsorship packages sold (approx. $9,000 per deal)<\/li>\n<li>Realistic first-year earnings: $90,000\u2013$180,000+, based on performance<\/li>\n<li>No cap on earnings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time commitment<\/li>\n<li>Must have own vehicle, insurance, laptop, and mobile phone<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel within Niagara and surrounding regions for meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to sell
