We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service to our members and want our members to understand the coverage they are buying. Forming relationships with your members and gaining their trust is a top priority. The relationship doesn\u2019t end after the sale is made; at Erie, this is only the beginning. We strive to provide an excellent customer experience in a rapidly changing insurance environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Other-Than-Life License (or RIBO) and eligible to be sponsored by Erie Mutual<\/li>\n<li>5+ years work experience in the Insurance Industry<\/li>\n<li>Previous sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 would be beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to build relationships with the public in a customer facing work environment<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and disciplined to manage workload primarily independently<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable to new processes and guidelines as required<\/li>\n<li>Ontario College Diploma in Insurance considered an asset<\/li>\n<li>Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) Designation considered an asset<\/li>\n<li>Valid Ontario\u2019s driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Insurance Sales &amp; Quoting (new customers, bundling, upselling)<\/li>\n<li>Endorsing policies (primarily Personal Lines)<\/li>\n<li>Front line underwriting of risks<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing in-house property inspections<\/li>\n<li>Some travel required.
