Banquet Cook <\/strong>to join our team for the upcoming season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position: <\/strong>2nd Chef \/ Banquet Cook<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employment Type: <\/strong>Seasonal<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hours: <\/strong>20\u201340 hours per week, depending on event bookings<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation: <\/strong>$20.00\u2013$25.00 per hour, based on experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: <\/strong>Various event locations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with and lead food preparation and execution for catered events<\/li>\n<li>Plan, organize, and execute menus to company standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency<\/li>\n<li>Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation<\/li>\n<li>Monitor food and labour costs while maintaining quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Lead and support kitchen staff during event preparation and service<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless event execution<\/li>\n<li>Set up, transport, and manage food service operations at event locations<\/li>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5\u201310 years of experience as a Chef, Banquet Cook, or similar culinary position<\/li>\n<li>Valid <strong>Class G Driver\u2019s License <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to event locations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in:<\/li>\n<li>Menu Planning and Execution<\/li>\n<li>Staff Leadership and Team Development<\/li>\n<li>Quality and Cost Control<\/li>\n<li>Inventory Management<\/li>\n<li>Food Safety, Sanitation, and Workplace Safety<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent time management and organizational abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating with both kitchen and
