We value respect, diversity and inclusivity, collaboration and compassionate quality service.<br \/>\nBethesda is currently seeking <strong>Part Time Developmental Support Workers<\/strong> who embody these values, and can demonstrate them day-to-day with the people we support.<br \/>\nThe role of the <strong>Developmental Support Worker<\/strong> is to assist individuals with social skills, behavioural supports, adaptive functioning and personal care.<br \/>\n<strong>Bethesda<\/strong> is a 24\/7 facility and therefore full availability to work a variety of shifts is required. This includes shift work (days, afternoons, evenings), overnights, weekends, statutory holidays and call-ins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Successful candidates will possess the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience and education in supporting people with developmental disabilities<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting people with behavior challenges<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting people who are medically fragile<\/li>\n<li>Availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts<\/li>\n<li>Exposure or experience with data collection and report writing<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Strong decision making and prioritizing skills<\/li>\n<li>Passion and dedication in their work<\/li>\n<li>A Valid G2 Ontario driver\u2019s license or higher<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years driving experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join
