On-the-job training will be provided to help you succeed. Because we operate as a close team, the ideal candidate is someone who is coachable, flexible, polite, and excels in customer service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform gas fitting duties in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.<\/li>\n<li>Safely move and handle heavy equipment, including hot water heaters.<\/li>\n<li>Complete day-to-day service documentation and paperwork digitally.<\/li>\n<li>Provide exceptional, polite customer service when interacting with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate effectively with team members and follow leadership direction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Certification:<\/strong> Valid TSSA Gas Fitter 2 (G2) or Gas Fitter 3 (G3) license.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physical Requirements:<\/strong> Ability to lift and move heavy objects (e.g., water heaters).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Digital Literacy:<\/strong> Proficient with smartphones\/tablets, as most company paperwork is completed online.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Language:<\/strong> Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Core Attributes:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong, positive attitude and coachable mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent active listening skills and a flexible approach to daily tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor.<\/li>\n<li>Strong team player who
