LBC Mechanical is a growing mechanical contractor based out of Niagara Falls, Ontario, specializing in quality plumbing and mechanical installations. We are currently hiring licensed 306A Plumbers to join our team for several long-term, multi-story construction projects in Niagara-on-the-Lake and Hamilton.<\/p>\n

Our current projects consist of mixed-use hotel and commercial buildings, offering steady work and the opportunity to be part of large-scale construction projects from start to finish.<\/p>\n

The Position:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for experienced, motivated 306A Licensed Plumbers who take pride in their work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial and residential plumbing construction and be capable of working independently while also contributing effectively to a larger construction team.<\/p>\n

Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Perform plumbing installations on multi-story commercial and mixed-use buildings
\n– Install and connect domestic water, sanitary, storm, and vent piping
\n– Install plumbing fixtures and equipment
\n– Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and layouts
\n– Perform rough-ins, above-ceiling work, and finishing
\n– Work with various piping materials and plumbing systems
\n– Complete work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
\n– Coordinate work with other trades and site supervisors
\n– Maintain a clean and organized work area
\n– Follow all applicable Ontario Building Code, plumbing code, and safety requirements<\/p>\n

Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Valid Ontario 306A Plumbing License
\n– Experience in light commercial and\/or residential plumbing construction
\n– Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings
\n– Strong understanding of plumbing installation practices
\n– Reliable transportation to job sites
\n– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n– Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
\n– Commitment to workplace safety<\/p>\n
