1<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff<\/li>\n<li>May plan menus and requisition food and kitchen supplies<\/li>\n<li>May prepare and cook meals or specialty foods<\/li>\n<li>Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cook&#8217;s trade certification or equivalent credentials, training and experience are required<\/li>\n<li>Sous-chefs, specialist chefs and chefs usually require several years of experience in commercial food preparation<\/li>\n<li>Completion of secondary school is
