The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in maintaining accurate financial records.\u00a0\u00a0 Candidates should have experience in bookkeeping and accounting using accounting software.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as well as Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions<\/li>\n<li>Perform accurate bank reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities<\/li>\n<li>Assist with monitoring and keeping accurate inventory records<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized records of financial transactions, invoices, and receipts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office programs<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform detailed account analysis and bank reconciliations accurately<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details and accuracy of recording
