Do you need a record suspension (formerly known as a pardon)?
We can help!
A Record Suspension (formerly called a pardon) is an order that keeps a person’s criminal record separate and apart from other criminal records. This means a person’s convictions will not be revealed on criminal record checks. This process allows people who have made positive life changes to be freed from many of the negative impacts of having a criminal record.
What we do:
- Offer 1:1 confidential hands-on support
- Help determine if you are eligible for a record suspension
- Assist with acquiring necessary documents to apply
- Ensure all paperwork is complete and thorough before submitting to avoid further application/administrative wait times.
Fee: $100 will be charged for Record Suspension services.
