Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our clients in St. Catharine’s!
Duties:
– Answering Inbound calls to customers to gather information or provide assistance
– Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
– Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
– Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal) preferred
– Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
– Strong communication skills and ability to actively listen to customers’ needs
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
– Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. If you are bilingual, customer-focused, and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you.
