ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are growing our team and excited to have a new Sales Associate join us! This role offers part/full time hours. Shifts will be scheduled between Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm and Saturdays between 10am to 2pm. Minimum wage to start.
The person in this role will support our Print Shop services, working alongside our Graphic Designers. The Sales Associate will:
- Assist with sorting, collating and assembling customer orders
- Providing friendly customer service in person, by phone and email
- Check customers in and manage phone inquiries
- Accept payment using POS system
- Complete data entry, using Quickbooks to complete invoicing
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Willingness and ability to learn and use technology – some computer skills required; Quickbooks experience is an asset
- Ability to easily navigate the internet
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an asset
