Job Description

We are looking to hire a Office Administrator.

CONTRACT POSITION
12-15 Months Maternity Leave Coverage
Part Time hours beginning Mid-September/Mid-October 2018 (PAID training)
Full Time Hours to begin in December 2018

Hours of work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

Duties:

  • Simply Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll)
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word Excel)
  • Answering phones
  • Filing
  • Submitting and Receiving Locate Requests
  • General paperwork and other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

MUST be available to work the entire contract period

MUST have the following:

  • Simply Accounting Knowledge
  • Reliable transportation (no public transportation available)
  • Fluent English speaking capabilities
  • Ability to pay attention to multiple details with complete accuracy
  • Multi-tasking
