Job Description
We are looking to hire a Office Administrator.
CONTRACT POSITION
12-15 Months Maternity Leave Coverage
Part Time hours beginning Mid-September/Mid-October 2018 (PAID training)
Full Time Hours to begin in December 2018
Hours of work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Duties:
- Simply Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll)
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word Excel)
- Answering phones
- Filing
- Submitting and Receiving Locate Requests
- General paperwork and other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
MUST be available to work the entire contract period
MUST have the following:
- Simply Accounting Knowledge
- Reliable transportation (no public transportation available)
- Fluent English speaking capabilities
- Ability to pay attention to multiple details with complete accuracy
- Multi-tasking
