As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls and emails within the guidelines of the company. This position requires excellent communication skills; an enthusiastic approach to customer interactions; the ability to handle information request, quotes on services and service issues or complaints with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Handle high volume of phone calls, emails and inquiries
- Detailed data entry and production reconciliation
- Sales and quotes through inbound calls
- Accounts Receivables
- Maintain acceptable performance standards including effectiveness, efficiency and quality through inbound & outbound channels
- General office duties such as filing, faxing, errands and other duties as required
Requirements:
- Impeccable customer service skills as well as problem solving, organizational and communication skills, with a minimum of 2 years customer service experience in an office setting
- Excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be internet savvy and proficient in navigating multiple systems at one time in a timely fashion while entering accurate & detailed information
- Dependable and Reliable

- Ability in a fast-paced environment
