Job Description
The Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel and Spa is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Description:
-Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact and a friendly verbal greeting.
-Register arriving guests into the hotel, secure payment.
-Issue room keys
-Upon departure provide a receipt and ensure guest’s stay was satisfactory.
-Answer all questions and supply guests with directions and information.
-Communicate with housekeeping when guests are waiting for an available room.
-Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift.
-Other duties as assigned
Candidates must be available to work all days of the week, both morning and afternoon shifts.
